The product we are providing is a modified form of Spray Starch which possesses nonionic charges. It requires specially design spray to be sprayed on wire parts to improve it's internal as well as external strength specification which mainly includes burst factor for Kraft papers, surface properties for cultural papers and ply bond for a duplex board. It works as the uncooked Spray Starch is entrapped by the fibrous web and consequently gelatinized with the heat available in the dry section. Minimum quantity of 1000 kilograms of this product can be delivered at any instant of time.

APPLICATION:

• Wet-End (On wire-part): for Kraft and writing and printing
• Wet-end (between the two plies): for duplex board

• Moisture: 12.0%max
• PH (10% aq solution): 8.0-9.0
• Ash: 0.25% max
• Brook field viscosity (5% at 75% rpm: 20 spindle no: 03): 1700cps max
• So2 content: 80ppm max
• Cold water solubility: 0.40%max

PREPARATION:

the use of spray starch in cold water suspension of 1 to 10% solids (by a metering pump) and 3 to 5% solids (by spraying) method is recommended to achieve excellent improvement in paper physicals. However, the dosage levels could be maximized depending on the properties required and quality of paper products

Packing: is available in 50kgs /500kgs/700kg HDPE laminated oven sacks with an inner line.
